ABOUT
We all know that saying or doing the wrong thing can quickly cause a disconnect, and over time it can affect how well they know and trust you.
The Enneagram is an assessment to help you learn about your core fears, desires, weaknesses, and longings. In doing so, you’ll gain insight about yourself that can help you move toward health and growth.
Enneagram goes deep, showing us the good, the bad, and the ugly traits of ourselves, so don’t get too wrapped up in trying to defend yourself during the process, wait for me to help you understand.
The whole purpose of this is to begin to understand each other and have empathy and compassion for those you love, just as you want them to have the same for you.
Kathy Neubauer is a certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer, but most importantly she is a Mom of 2 amazing adult children, a daughter-in-law, and 7 grandchildren. She experienced some significant trials in her life which ultimately created a passion for helping others.
She believes in the value of people and makes it her mission to share the message of communication and connection. By helping others to understand themselves, they can become better leaders in their personal and professional relationships. Using tools such as DISC and Enneagram, Kathy takes them on a journey of discovery and victory. She opens her clients up to identify the blind spots that may be holding them back from excelling to the next level. Kathy believes that a family who is deeply connected can overcome and accomplish great things.
Simply put, “we don’t know what we don’t know, but once we know better, we do better.”
