2026 November Online Summit
Thursday, November 12 · 11:00 am Central · with Mike “Wags” Wagner

You held it together through a long day of putting out fires at work, and you held it together through most of dinner. Then the kids started bickering, the complaining about what was on their plates didn’t let up, and you yelled. Afterward you were still a little angry, and you felt as bad as any of them did.
Maybe you’ve tried a few different things you’ve picked up from others or read in a book, and you already know the yelling doesn’t go away on its own.
Mike Wagner, one of our FRD brothers, made a yell-free home his goal years ago. He found that the last stretch of that work was on himself, and Internal Family Systems is what helped him get there. On November 12 he’ll share part of his story and coach a couple of volunteers live.
You’ll also hear about how Mike and a few other Front Row Dads decided to get together and hold each other accountable as they all worked toward living in yell free homes.
Most of us don’t have anywhere else to talk honestly about the yelling. A big part of the afternoon is time in small groups with other dads who get it, having the conversations that only seem to happen when we get together as Front Row Dads.
If that dinner table sounds familiar, this is worth three hours of your week, and we want you in the room.
