Commitments
By joining VIP, you commit to the following:

Show Up
Lean into the brotherhood with curiosity and vulnerability. This is not a group to hide from or avoid.

Retreat
All VIP members are required to attend at least one retreat within the first year of membership. If you can make both retreats, even better!

Join a Band
Within 12 months of membership, you will be placed in a band with other VIP members who commit to deeper brotherhood.
FAQs & Details
When are the VIP retreats?
Every year we host two VIP retreats. One in the Spring (April) and one in the Fall (October). Dates are typically released 6-9 months in advance so you can plan your year accordingly.
What if I cannot make either VIP retreat?
Then we ask that you prioritize attending FRD Live and/or one of the smaller events. If you cannot attend any FRD events, then VIP is not for you at this time. We are looking for men who are committed to the journey and willing to show up at live events.
How do the bands work?
Our team will help you find a band that feels like a good fit for you. We strive to get you into an in-person band with close physical proximity when possible, but virtual bands are generally the most common. Each band is led by a "front man" who is responsible for the band's meeting cadence, agreements and communication. Most bands meet virtually via Zoom at least once per month.
Will I have access to Jon and Ali?
Yes, Jon and Ali typically show up to help lead the VIP retreats. They are also active in the VIP telegram group and prioritize VIP members with their time.
And... we do not want you to join this group just for them. We want you to join this group for yourself, your family and your brothers.
Is there a refund policy?
No, our VIP program is all-in with no refunds. We believe you get as much value from this group as you're willing to give. The ROI is realized in the relationships you explore, develop and nurture.
If you don't get value after the first year, you may leave the group.
