April 21st - 24th, 2026

Tues, APR 21st

Day 1: Examine the Present

Wed, APR 22nd

Day 2: Trace the Past

Day 2 explores the roots of your money story — from early experiences to adult patterns — building self-awareness, self-compassion, and deeper understanding of your relationship with money - and how that relationship is influencing all others.

Thurs, APR 23rd

Day 3: Design the Future

Day 3 focuses on building a clear, values-based vision for how money, relationships, and legacy can align moving forward. You’ll practice naming wants, needs, and boundaries with clarity and compassion, creating a new money conversation you can live — and model for your kids.

FAQs & Important Details

Who can attend?

This retreat is open exclusively to current Front Row Dads VIP Members and invited guests of Lifetime Members.

Is this retreat for couples?

No — this is a men’s experience. However, much of what we explore will impact your partnership and family dynamic.

Do I need to be “good with money”?

Not at all. This isn’t a financial workshop, it’s an exploration of the emotional, relational, and legacy dimensions of wealth.

What time does the event start? When should I arrive?

We’d love for you to arrive with enough time to “land” before we open the circle.
• Opening Circle is at 3pm

What time does the event end? When should I leave?

We’ve found that some pretty magical things happen when you have enough space to continue the connections Thursday night after Closing, and/or take some solo time for integration before returning home. If your schedule permits, we suggest heading out Friday morning.
• Closing Circle begins at 6pm, Thursday

What time is Check-in and Check-Out?

• Check-in time: 4pm
• Check-Out: 11am
We’ll have an area for bags if your arrival/departure time is different; no worries!

Will we get to play golf while we're there?

Only if you arrange it; so we highly recommend connecting together in advance to arrange your travel dates and tee times. Our group receives a 10% discount on green fees and the course is beautiful; don't miss it!

Which airport should I use to get to Rancho Bernardo Inn?

San Diego Airport (~35 minutes)
LAX (~2 hours)

What’s the weather like?

Expect generally pleasant and mild, 60s- 70s Fahrenheit for daytime highs and cooler evenings. Spring showers are a possibility. As always, we recommend wearing layers.

How do I sign up for a 1:1?

Taking a page from our very own Dez’s playbook, we want to help facilitate 1:1 connections between everyone who is attending the Spring VIP Retreat, having already connected. Just email Emma with your calendar link and the subject heading: Spring VIP 1:1 and we’ll take it from there.

What to Bring?

• Journal + pen
• Water bottle (refill stations available)
• Layers for changing weather
• Jacket
• Pajamas or whatever you sleep in
• Swimsuit
• Warm socks, fresh ones to change after daily sweats (thank us later)
• Sunglasses
