Arrive
Plan to arrive in Ireland and get acclimated. Philip will get you grounded with a hike around Ballyvaughan.

The work and journey begins! We'll officially kickoff at 9am Irish time.

Another full day of immersive work and activities.

Our final full day of work with Philip. The event will officially end in the evening with a final dinner.

- Airports
We suggest flying into Shannon International Airport (SNN), since it's only 1 hour from the retreat location (Ballyvaughan). FRD will arrange for transportation from Shannon International Airport to Ballyvaughan.
**IMPORTANT - Dublin International Airport (DUB) is also an option, but it's 3+ hours from Ballyvaughan. If you fly into Dublin you will need to arrange your own transportation. - Arriving early?
No problem! You are welcome to arrive earlier and explore Ireland. Please plan to be in Ballyvaughan by 3pm on June 7th (Sunday). - Departure
Please plan your departure on June 12th (Friday) to be present for the entire experience.

Ballyvaughan, Ireland
This experience is hosted in a small village named Ballyvaughan on the West coast of Ireland in County Clare.
Ballyvaughan is part of a very special region called the "Burren," which is ecologically distinct, featuring limestone bedrock formed over 340 million years ago and home to a unique combination of flora and fauna. This strangely beautiful place has a mystique that makes your senses come alive - renowned for Celtic myth, folklore, archaeology, art and poetry.
Who
Philip McKernan
Philip McKernan will be leading and facilitating this event. He brought his gifts to FRD Live 2025 and has offered to host this event privately for Front Row Dads.
Philip has been hosting world-class events in Ireland for entrepreneurs and leaders for almost 20 years. He's guided thousands of people through the Brave work, he's coached some of the world's elite coaches, and he continues to amplify his impact through speaking and facilitation.
Ali Jafarian
Ali will be supporting Philip from the FRD side. His friendship with Philip and journey into the Brave work started back in 2021.
Ali has participated in many of Philip's offerings over the years, always finding value and deeper growth. He is excited to bring Front Row Dads to Ireland to experience some of Philip's work, gifts and leadership.

This event will be co-created by the other men who commit to an investment in themselves and the group. The magic of FRD experiences comes from the collective wisdom, courage and vulnerability.

- Payment for the experience is due up front in one lump sum. Payment will be made online through the FRD Vault (credit card).

What is the registration deadline?
We will close registration by March 1st, unless we still have some spots open.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, you can get a full refund until April 1st, 2026. There will be no refunds after that date. International trips require more coordination, preparations and early financial deposits.
When do I need to be in Ireland, and when can I leave?
The event officially starts on June 8th (MON) at 9am Irish time. However, we're suggesting you land in Ireland on June 7th so you can acclimate and have a day to kick some jet lag.
The event goes into the evening of June 11th (THUR), so please DO NOT attempt to leave until June 12th. We want everyone fully present until the close of the event.
